Here are steps to find your Sim ID in The Sims 4. You can find Sim ID on PC, PS and Xbox platforms.

Steps to find The Sims 4 Sim ID:

1. Open cheat box

Commands to open a cheat box in different platforms.

  • PC: Control + Shift + C
  • Xbox One: LB + LT + RB + RT
  • PlayStation: L1 + L2 + R1 + R2

2. Use Sim ID command

Before using the Sim ID command, type “testingcheats true” in the cheat box and check it gives “Cheats are enabled.” message.

Try testingcheats on command, if testingcheats true not work.

Next, use the following Sim ID command to find your Sim ID.

sims.get_sim_id_by_name (First Name) (Last Name)

For example, to get a Sim ID for name Firsto Lasto – use command sims.get_sim_id_by_name Firsto Lasto.

After doing this, the cheat box will show your Sim ID.
